As a member of High Desert Horsemen, horseback riding is more than just a hobby - it's a way of life. Whether you're looking for a relaxing trail ride, a fun-filled camping trip with your horse or an educational equestrian clinic, we have something for everyone. Joining High Desert Horsemen is the beginning of great friendships, horseback riding, experiencing new trails, educational clinics, outings and other fun-filled events. For only $30 single or $35 family, you get all these benefits and more!
HTAP (Happy Trails Awards Program)
As a member of High Desert Horsemen you have the option to sign-up for our Happy Trails Awards Program. HTAP is an opportunity for you and your horse to ride for great year-end awards. You're already riding so why not get some benefit out of it? The cost is $20 and includes a rider and horse. You can add an additional horse and/or rider (must be a HDH member) for $15. Year-end awards are given out at the December Christmas Party and are based on hours ridden. Hours can be forwarded each year to the following year!
Membership Renewal deadline is January 31, 2026 to avoid a late processing fee of $5. If you renew your membership prior to January 31st, HDH will cover the credit card processing fees and enter you in a special door prize drawing at the Presidents Ride & Playday in April.
